Tamara O’Neill, President

Tamara has a diverse background in business with more than 20 years of experience working in career transition and with Fortune 500 companies in the telecommunications, consumer products and pharmaceutical industries. She has accumulated a wealth of knowledge about navigating through organizations, developing value propositions, attaining goals and delivering results. Tamara founded Careers on Course to use this knowledge base to coach leaders in career transition and development.

Her education and training include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Arts, Master of Science Degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College.  Tamara is a Registered Corporate Coach and certified to administer and interpret the Hogan and DiSC® assessments.

Currently, she serves as 2011 President for SHRM-Atlanta (an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management) and is a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. Also, she has served for The Lost Boys Foundation and the City of Atlanta’s Work Force Development Agency: Mayor’s Youth Program.

Deleise holds a Bachelor and Master's degree in Education from Indiana State University.
