Tamara O’Neill, President

Tamara O’Neill, President of Careers On Course, is a professional consultant and coach who specializes in career transition and leadership development.  In this role, she actively engages with executives to secure new careers. Additionally, Tamara coaches business professionals within organizations to achieve personal and professional success.

Her education and training include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Arts, Master of Science Degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College. She is a Registered Corporate Coach and certified to administer and interpret the Hogan and DiSC® assessments.

Currently, Tamara serves as President for SHRM-Atlanta, the Atlanta Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management with a membership of over 2,400 members. Also, Tamara is an Innovation Coach for Georgia State University, J. Mack Robinson
  College of Business, Leading Innovation and Growth. She mentors for Pathbuilders, has volunteered to Chair, HR Helping HR, Co-Chaired the Promotions Committee, NetWeaving - Pay It Forward, The Lost Boys Foundation, and the City of Atlanta’s Work Force Development Agency: Mayor’s Youth Program.
